Fermented in deposits of stainless steel with temperature controlled to hold aromas for a part and to obtain the maximum extraction for the other one. Post fermentation maceration of 10 at 15 days according to tasting. Extract of the tank in the optimum moment and posterior clarified and filtered before putting in bottle.
Bright red colour, pillory cherry. Good stratum of colour with red-violet meniscus. Aromatic intensity high in fresh red fruit, cherry and plum. Is a fresh wine, fruited and with some very soft tannin well integrated, warm and harmonious.
