Elaboration
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to maintain flavors and make a good extraction of color and tannins. Post-fermentation maceration of 15 days according to taste. Two months of wood (33% U.S. Virginia 66% French Allier). Descovat when optimum filter before you put in the bottle.

Note de tasting
Visual: red, cherry-plum. Good layer of red-violet color meniscus. Clean and limpid.
Aroma: Intensity of red fruits, chocolate, with hints of plum.
Taste: fresh wine, fruity, light, sweet, balanced acidity. The palate is elegant, soft, warm and harmonious. At the finish, there are the dark chocolate flavors with hints of vanilla and wild fruits.
